Russian oil firms file requests to pump 1 mln tns of oil to Minsk Apr

MOSCOW, Mar 31 (PRIME) -- Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft has received requests from national oil companies to pump 1.008 million tonnes of oil to Belarus in April, but no potential suppliers filed routing orders, Igor Dyomin, advisor to the president of Transneft, told reporters on Tuesday.

“Currently, the Russian oil producers filed requests for April totaling 633,000 tonnes of oil to the Mozyr oil refinery and 375,000 tonnes to the Polotsky refinery (Naftan),” he said.

But no company filed routing orders, and Transneft will not start taking off oil from scheduled handling in ports, he said.

He also said that oil deliveries in March to the two Belarusian refineries amounted to 278,000 tonnes, including 32,000 tonnes delivered to the Mozyr refinery and 246,000 tonnes delivered to Naftan.
